Delete your Bootz account or data

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Bootz and open Profile, then Account Settings.
2. Open Account & security and select Delete Account.
3. Complete the confirmation shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from your Bootz account email address. Say whether you want your entire account deleted or only specified data, such as body scans, measurements, workout history, or published trails. Support will verify account ownership before handling your request.

Delete selected data without closing your account

You can delete individual AI body scans and their derived measurements from scan results, withdraw your trail leaderboard result, or unpublish your own trail in the app. For other data, use the email request above and identify what you want removed.

What account deletion removes

Your Bootz account and linked sign-in records, profile, workout plans and logs, progress and coaching records, and stored health and body metrics are removed from supported application systems. Linked community trails and participation records are removed with the account. Backup copies and records required by law may remain subject to backup and legal retention limits. Data held independently by Apple Health or Health Connect can be managed in those services.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Bootz account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage cancellation in your App Store or Google Play account.
