The rules for using Bootz workout planning, logging, subscriptions, and coaching features.

Service

Bootz provides workout planning, training logs, AI-assisted coaching, progress tracking, subscriptions, and optional health integration features.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and linked sign-in methods.
  • You may not use Bootz for unlawful activity, abuse, or attempts to access another user account or data.

Health and safety

  • Bootz is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified physician, therapist, or coach.
  • You are responsible for using good judgment and stopping activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
  • Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid features may be offered through in-app subscriptions.
  • Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials are managed through the platform store unless stated otherwise.
  • Access to paid features may change if a subscription expires or is refunded.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service or interfere with app or backend systems.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer restricted systems where prohibited by law.
  • Do not upload harmful content or automate abusive traffic.

Disclaimer and liability

  • The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bootz disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
